All Tutoring payments are processed through our scheduling and billing software Teachworks. If you have not been set up with a student/parent account to access invoices and scheduling, contact us and we will get you started with your account.
Tutor Options
We are always open to your input, so please give us feedback. If your tutor match is not working for any reason, please contact us and we will look for another match that will better fit your situation.
No-Show Policy
If your tutor does not show for the tutoring session, you are entitled to a free session. If sessions are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, this is not considered a no-show.
