I want to sign up for your private tutoring program, what are the next steps?
While emergency scheduling options are available here, most students will follow these steps:
- Consult
Schedule a free, 30-minute consultation with our Admin Team to see if we are a good fit together. - Sign-up
After the consultation, sign the Tutoring Services Agreement. - Schedule
Once the Tutoring Services Agreement is signed and returned, we can book the first one-on-one lesson. - Support
Students often meet with tutors about once a week. Since homework happens more often than that, we encourage students to request small amounts of help throughout the week. - Method
Tutors can teach through current assignments, old homework, previous tests/quizzes, study guides, or provide work based on students’ needs. - Supplies
Students are encouraged to remember all materials required for lessons such as tablets, laptops, textbooks, notebooks, pencils, pens, erasers, calculators, or other educational accoutrements. - Goals
Regular check-ins will occur to ensure that student and parent goals are being met. - Payment
Billing happens every Monday by email unless other arrangements have been made.
